Our Traveling Nurse program provides employment for individuals wishing to work in Connecticut. The opportunity to work on a full- or part-time within a compressed time frame is offered.

Opportunities are available on a contract basis within the same facility or in different facilities, providing the health professional a choice of where and when to work. A variety of salary incentive packages are offered. Packages can include both accommodation arrangements and travel stipends.

Many out-of-state nurses choose Action as their permanent full-time employer. Others look to Action as an alternative to earning additional income on a periodic basis.

Nurses can work for us on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
